Northern Arizona University and the Prescott Valley Event Center announced Tuesday that they will host two games against Arizona State’s ACHA Elite team Jan. 22 and Jan. 23.

Both games will start at 7:05 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.

“We look forward to playing our arch-rival and top-ranked ASU Elite in such a great venue as the Prescott Valley Event Center,” said IceJacks’ GM A.J. Fairchild. “We have great crowds at home. I expect to see a real huge crowd at the Events Center. Our games are always the most intense of the entire season. NAU vs. ASU has turned into a rivalry that lasts from year to year.”

“It will be awesome not only to have ASU and NAU fiercely compete in our arena, but even better that it will be on the ice,” added Prescott Valley Event Center manager of business development Satish “Catfish” Athelli. “We hope to see everyone wearing their favorite university colors and coming out to support these students as they battle on the ice.”

Tickets are now on sale at the Prescott Valley Event Center box office for only $15 general admission and $10 for students. Tickets are expected to sell fast. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the phone number is 866-443-8849.
