The NAPHL’s T1ER League has announced that Carshield AAA 18U forward Cole Willcoxson has signed a NAHL tender agreement with the Minot Minotauros for the 2027–28 season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team.

Willcoxson, 18, is in his first season with the Carshield AAA program and currently leads his team in points and goals this season. The Scottsdale native has laced up for 12 games and has recorded 15 points on nine goals and six assists.

Back home, Willcoxson played for the Jr. Coyotes and Chaparral High School.
