The NA3HL today announced its season-ending awards for the 2021-22 season.

The Apex Learning Virtual School Academic Achievement Award has been given to Texas RoadRunners defenseman Ethan Sodoma.

Sodoma, 18, finished high school with a 4.2 GPA, while also playing 44 games this season for the RoadRunners.

The Las Vegas native and NAPHL (Arizona Bobcats) grad, has been accepted to Arizona State University, where he will be attending in the fall with a 75 percent scholarship for academics.

“Ethan has worked hard on balancing his hockey and education without sacrificing his potential in either,” reads an NA3HL announcement.
