Chandler native, Bobcats standout goalie Wall signs NAHL tender with New Mexico

 

The Arizona Bobcats have announces that 18U goaltender Caleb Wall has signed a North American Hockey League tender agreement with the New Mexico Ice Wolves of the NAHL’s South Division.

Wall, 18, just completed his fourth and final season of playing in the NAPHL for the Bobcats organization. The Chandler native appeared in nine NAPHL games during the 2020-21 season, recording a 4-4-1 record with a 3.08 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage.

Wall was selected to and played in the 2020-21 NAPHL 18U All-Star Game for Team Demko where he stopped 18 of 19 shots in one period of action.

During the 2019-20 season, Wall not only played for the Bobcats’ 18U team, seeing 12 games of NAPHL action, but he also made his NAHL debut, playing in five NAHL games during the season with the St. Cloud Blizzard.

Wall played the 2018-19 season for the Bobcats’ 16U team in the NAPHL, where he posted a 2-5-1 record in eight games played to go along with a 2.98 GAA and a .904 save percentage.

He also played a full season in the NAPHL during the 2017-18 season with the Bobcats’ 15U team.
