Masella will join the Ravens after time in the WHL split between the Prince Albert Raiders and Victoria Royals.

This past season, Masella played 64 games for the Raiders, totaling four goals and 19 points from the blue line.

“The coaches really drew me to the Ravens,” Masella said. “They were very genuine and I had a strong connection with them. Along with having a great hockey team, being in an awesome town, and knowing some of the guys on the team, it felt like a perfect fit.

“I want to help build on the success they had last year. It seems like a really fun group of guys and I can’t wait to be a part of it all.”

Overall in 228 WHL games, Masella compiled 10 goals and 42 points, winning a league championship in 2019.
