The USPHL has announced that Charlotte Rush defenseman Logan Walz is the Southeast Premier Division Defenseman of the Week.

Walz, an ‘05 from Phoenix, scored a goal and an assist – including the Sunday game-winner, his first – to help the Rush to the sweep of Atlanta.

Prior to junior hockey, Walz played for the Arizona Bobcats.
